Oceanfront homes are by far the most expensive, and you should expect to pay $1.5 million plus for a beachfront home around Charleston. You'll find oceanfront homes on Wild Dunes, Isle of Palms, Sullivan's Island, Folly Beach, Kiawah Island, and Seabrook Island.
Deep water homes will either be on one of the rivers in Charleston or on a large inlet in the marsh surounding Charleston.
